1. Scope

These terms apply to orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses. Deviating terms apply only if we expressly agree to them.

2. Contracting party

The purchase contract is concluded with Springer Organics UG (haftungsbeschränkt), [street and house number], [postal code and city], Germany.

3. Products, food information and allergens

The product information, ingredients, nutrition values, allergen notices, best-before dates and storage instructions on the product page and packaging are decisive. Natural ingredients may vary slightly in colour, shape and flavour.

4. Ordering and contract conclusion

Product presentation is not a legally binding offer. You submit a binding offer when you click the order button. We accept the offer by sending an order confirmation or by delivering the goods.

5. Prices, shipping costs and payment

All prices include statutory VAT where applicable, plus displayed shipping costs. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We may exclude individual payment methods after risk or availability checks.

6. Delivery, availability and risk

Delivery times and availability are shown in the shop. For consumers, risk of accidental loss passes only when goods are handed to you or a recipient designated by you. Please inspect food parcels promptly after receipt.

7. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until paid in full.

8. Withdrawal and food exceptions

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. This does not apply to goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly, or to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal was removed after delivery. Details are set out on the Returns page.

9. Warranty and complaints

Statutory warranty rights apply. For damaged, incorrect or quality-affected goods, please contact us promptly with order number, description and photos so we can review replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.

10. Vouchers and promotions

Discounts, referral benefits and launch offers apply only under the stated conditions, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be freely combined unless stated otherwise.

11. Liability

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under product liability law. For slightly negligent breaches of material contractual duties, liability is limited to foreseeable typical contractual damage.

12. Dispute resolution, law and language

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection rules prevail. The contract language is German or English, depending on checkout language. We do not participate in voluntary consumer dispute resolution proceedings unless legally required.
