Returns, Withdrawal and Complaints

Short version
Food is sensitive. Unopened, non-perishable items can be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal where no exclusion applies. Opened, unsealed, quickly perishable or hygiene-sensitive products generally cannot be taken back. For damage or quality issues, we help quickly and fairly.
Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons. The period starts after you or a person designated by you receives the goods. To exercise withdrawal, send us a clear statement by email to hello@eatspringers.com.
Food-related exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly. It may also be excluded for sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal was removed after delivery.
Effects of withdrawal
If withdrawal is valid, we refund the purchase price including standard outbound delivery costs without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide proof of return shipment. You bear the direct return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise.
Complaints and freshness promise
For damaged, incorrect, missing or quality-affected products, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Send order number, photos and a short description. If the issue is caused by us or the carrier, we offer replacement, refund or another fair solution.
