Shipping area
At launch we ship within Germany. Additional EU countries may be enabled at checkout once delivery times, customs and food-law requirements are finally confirmed.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery within Germany usually takes another 1 to 3 business days. Launch drops, pre-orders, public holidays, weather events or carrier peaks may take longer.
Shipping costs and free shipping
Shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout before you place the order. If we arrange a partial delivery, you will not be charged additional shipping costs for it.
Food shipping
We pack food products so they can withstand normal parcel shipping. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and parcels are accepted or collected promptly. After receipt, store products according to the packaging instructions, dry, cool and protected from direct sunlight.
Damaged or delayed parcels
If a parcel is visibly damaged, products are missing or goods arrive with a quality concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order number, photos of parcel, shipping label and goods, plus a short description. We will review replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.
Incorrect address and non-collection
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or non-collection, additional costs may arise. For food products, we review for safety and quality reasons whether reshipment is possible.
